"Cleo is an active angel investor and NED with ±25 startups and a few funds in her portfolio. Her investments include Liquid Death, Yassir, Fonoa, Routable.ai, WhisperAero, kWh Analytics, amongst others.
She was most recently a Partner at 🔗Stride.VC, a Europe-focused Seed fund, where she focused on Enterprise AI, healthtech, fintech and marketplaces. Some of her investments at Stride included Techwolf.ai, DeepOpinion.ai, Loci.ai, DoorFeed, and Cleverea.
Prior to Stride, Cleo was an early executive at Uber China who scaled the business up until its $35B merger with Didi Chuxing. She later led Central Operations for Uber's 45 countries in EMEA, before taking on the COO at Spotahome, a Series B proptech backed by Kleiner Perkins/BOND Capital.
Originally from Hong Kong, Cleo started her career at McKinsey & Company and invested on the proprietary trading team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Rice University."
