He has extensive experience in the Manufacturing Engineering sector, where he honed his skills in process improvement, new technology implementation, and strategic planning. In this sector, he spearheaded the development of XR tools across Europe and leveraged AI to optimise manufacturing processes. His ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts has also led him to speak at global events, sharing his insights and inspiring audiences with his vision for the future.

Beyond his technical expertise, Farooq is a dedicated advocate for STEM education and sustainability. He serves as an advisory council member and board member at the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), contributing to shaping the future of the field.
