Debbie is Vice President and Managing Director for Google in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She leads teams responsible for business partnerships; as well as the company’s drive to ensure that everyone throughout the UK has the opportunity to leverage the potential of Google’s AI.

Debbie's primary focus is to extend the opportunities presented by AI to every region of the UK. She collaborates with business leaders to utilise AI to drive growth; she engages with policymakers to ensure the UK maintains its position at the forefront of innovation; and champions upskilling programs that empower individuals to utilise technology for career advancement.

Debbie joined Google in 2014 and since that time has held both regional and global leadership roles at the company. Before taking on her current role in 2023, Debbie was the Vice President of Global Advertiser Solutions, ensuring marketers of all sizes around the world had the ability to build their businesses with YouTube. Debbie began her time at Google over a decade ago, in the UK, working as Managing Director of the company’s Sales, Strategy and Operations teams across the Europe Middle East and Africa."
