As Northern Data Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Rosanne is responsible for delivering its ambitious plans to lead the future high-performance computing. She has played a central role in turning the Company into Europe’s largest GenAI cloud platform, the global expansion of its next-generation data centers globally and upholding its commitment to environmentally sustainable computing infrastructure.

Rosanne has an extensive track record developing and executing complex transformation and restructuring projects, market growth programs, and sustainably scaling businesses both organically and through M&A. She joined the Company in 2023 after more than two decades of leading change at the intersection of finance and technology. Prior to Northern Data, Rosanne served as Global Head of Data & Analytics at Refinitiv, a Blackstone portfolio company, where she supported the successful sale of the business from Blackstone to the London Stock Exchange Group. Previously, she was at HSBC where she served as Global Programme Manager for the Office of the COO and Head of Transformation for APAC. Rosanne began her career in private equity. Rosanne received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Commerce (m. Applied Economics) and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Effectiveness from the University of Johannesburg. She is also a member of the Northern Data Group’s Board of Directors and holds various strategic advisory roles in technology focused organizations, including MindBeat, Strategic Capability Network and AllBright.
