  • In October 2024, we brought Europe’s Leading Summit of Impact AI and Transformational Tech to the Royal Albert Hall, London.

     

    This landmark one-day Summit featured 100+ world-class speakers, 2 Editorial Main Stages, 10 networking spaces and 20+ expert-led salons facilitating a vibrant exchange of ideas and collaboration among 2,000+ senior-level participants.

  • Since our first event in 2017, CogX has been on a mission to inspire, connect, and drive meaningful change. This year, we’re asking a question that resonates deeply with all of us: “How do we seize the AI opportunity?” It’s a question that will define the next decade, and one that we believe we can answer together.

    Content across the event will be delivered in a variety of different formats, including panel discussions, roundtables, curated topic-led Salons.

  • When you are ready to submit a speaker application form, please go to the 'Register your interest' page of the website here.

     

    There’s no set deadline for speaker proposals but we recommend submitting as soon as you can. The content team regularly assess proposal forms and will be in touch with you at first chance.

  • The venue will be announced in 2025. In 2024 the CogX Leadership Summit was held for the first time at the iconic Royal Albert Hall

  • The agenda will be released ahead of the event.

  • Yes - the App will be made available to download for all attendees prior to the event. Here you will be able to plan your own agenda, find great networking opportunities and much more. Please keep an eye out for this email. The log in email will be the same one used to register for the event.

  • Most main stage sessions will be recorded and available on our CogX YouTube channel shortly after the event. Visit the CogX YouTube channel to catch up on previous event content.

  • These are curated networking sessions bringing like-minded attendees together around a specific theme/ topic. They are open to GOLD pass holders only. Spaces are limited so please ‘book in’ to the Salons you are interested in attending on the Event App.

  • Bag searches will be in operation upon entry to the venue, large bags requiring storing are not permitted onsite. There are no cloakroom services available at the venue. Please see here Royal Albert Hall list of prohibited items.

  • Doors 3 and 6 will be in operation as main entrances.

  • Yes, Door 3 has ramp access to the venue and there are lifts available inside

  • You will be allowed to re-enter the venue but only upon showing a valid badge/lanyard.

  • Attendees can enter and leave the seating area whilst a session is taking place

  • Catering is not provided, however there are multiple vending options available onsite. Delegates can purchase refreshments at the bars/restaurants onsite, which will be operating as usual. Water fountains will be available across the venue.

  • No, unless required for specific dietary needs. Please contact the venue if so.

  • There is not a specific ‘quiet zone’ but there are lounges available across the venue. Delegates will also be able to access the sessions with their laptop 

    Face to face meetings can take place in the cafe/restaurants onsite subject to availability.

  • The dress code is business casual

  • CogX Leadership Summit Media Passes are intended for journalists and editorial members of the press. If you are interested in securing one please apply here. Note we have a limited number of Media Passes available and therefore all applications will be screened for relevance.

  • You can register your interest in a press pass here

  • The best and most efficient way to book interviews at CogX is through the Matchmaking Tool in our CogX Festival App. Once it has been released you can search for people, startups, investors, and other attendees and filter them based on your interests. You can book the meetings directly through the tool and chat with the participants in advance.
     

    Our app will be launched ahead of the Summit so please keep an eye out for it.

  • Yes! You can purchase a ticket on the day. Please be advised the early bird offer will have ended and tickets will be full price on the day. Please try and book in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Technically yes but an order will need to be created for each individual attending. This is because there can only be one email address associated with each account.
